Despite some problems with flooding in Holetown, St. James yesterday, Barbados was told the situation could have been far worse had the Government not undertaken work through a Water Resource Management and Flood Resilience project.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says she was kept abreast of developments from the head of the Barbados Meteorological Services who monitored the situation with up to date technology.
She was at the time addressing the St. James Speaks session last evening.
