An increasing number of Barbadians are worried about the growing cases of people falling ill with flu-like symptoms in recent weeks.
However, Public Relations Officer of the Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners, Dr. Stephanie Date, says while it is customary during this period, Barbadians should be cautious.
Dr. Date says flu vaccines and continued mask wearing are important considerations at this time.
