Managers of the Estates at St. George project are reporting that it will soon be completed.
Word of this from Director of Strategic Projects at Sagicor Life Inc. Edward Clarke, who says this phase of the project costs 121 million dollars.
He says the target date for delivery is expected to be the end of the year.
Mr. Clarke says the sale of the units is also going well.
