Residents in the communities surrounding Lower Estate, St. George who have been affected by smoke and noxious fumes from a quarry in the area, are getting reassurances that the problems are being actively addressed.
It follows a recent visit to the quarry by some of the residents, along with MP for St. George North, Toni Moore and health and environmental officials.
