Education officials have been speaking about how fires have been affecting the education system, as the Barbados Fire Service reports that there have been over 400 fires for 2023 – more than 100 more for the corresponding period last year.
Chief Education Officer, Dr Ramona Archer-Bradshaw, says there are several fallouts such as the closure of some plants.
She was speaking on The People’s Business on Saturday evening.
