Barbados is among the four new destinations for the Norwegian low fare airline, Norse Atlantic Airways.
Daily flights between London’s Gatwick Airport and Barbados will run from October 29.
Montego Bay in Jamaica meanwhile will be served four times a week.
The long-haul carrier will take on British Airways and Virgin Atlantic on the lucrative Caribbean routes.
Chief Executive Officer Bjorn Tore Larsen says the carrier is pleased to announce the launch of these new winter sun routes from Gatwick.
He says more travellers will now be able to experience the amazing destinations thanks to its low fares.
