A global organisation with a local branch is seeking to teach more Barbadians skills to help them reduce their food bills and ultimately the cost of living.
It is the Barbados 4-H Foundation.
As it celebrates its 60th anniversary, the entity is seeking to boost its membership and visibility.
Public Relations Officer, Jan-Yves Holder, says this is one of the key objectives for the Foundation.
4-H is traditionally known for agriculture, but Ms. Holder explains they will be rolling out a new curriculum shortly that will introduce some new and exciting areas.
