Local senior athletes could have the opportunity to compete against their counterparts from across the region and Africa during next month’s Senior Games.
Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey, made the announcement as the games were launched with a motorcade in Bridgetown on Saturday. The Games, which comprise over 10 disciplines, are set to run from June 10 to 25.
Minister Humphrey explains there are other benefits to be derived from the meet.
