Barbados wants regional utilities to collaborate in key areas of water and waste water management.
The call from Acting Prime Minister, Santia Bradshaw came at the opening of the 7th Caribbean Operators Conference at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
She notes regardless of size and progress, the region must ensure there is continuous development and strengthening of skills and abilities.
Ms. Bradshaw, who is Barbados’ Minister with responsibility for Water Resources, says the region’s human resources must become more innovative and processes strengthened.
