A bachelor’s degree in agriculture will soon be on the syllabus of the Barbados Community College.
Word of this from principal Annette Alleyne as she delivered the feature address at the recently-held prize-giving ceremony of the Agri-Entrepreneurship Programme.
And in congratulating the prizewinners, she told them the college offers programmes if they want to pursue higher level training in agriculture.
Director of Empowering Youth International, Franz Harewood-Hamblin, told the prize winners that dreams and visions are not impossible during her address. She told them to take courage and follow their hearts.
