Stabbing at Tudor Street

The Barbados Police Service is m investigating a stabbing incident, which left one man nursing injuries.

That incident was reported to the Operations Control Room around 2:09 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Gateway Mall, Tudor Street, The City.

Police responded to Gateway Mall and conducted initial investigations which revealed that at about 2:05 p.m. a man in his 20s was stabbed along Tudor Street in the area of a track, he ran to Gateway Mall and collapsed by a set of stairs at the back of the Mall.

The victim received an injury under his left arm and was subsequently transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital via ambulance for medical treatment.

Investigations are continuing into this matter.
