Former pastor and evangelist Jippy Joel Doyle has died.
Doyle became very popular in the late 1990’s, and early 2000’s especially as a flamboyant and at times controversial church leader.
Among other things, he was known for sharing his predictions of future events in the island.
He was convicted of rape of a minor back in 2008, when he was pastor of Dominion Life Centre in Haggatt Hall, St. Michael.
The 52 year old reportedly passed away while undergoing treatment at a medical facility on Wednesday.
Back in April last year, Doyle, as head of the Compassion For All Mankind Ministry, led a food hamper donation initiative for needy Barbadians as the country entered the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
