A wine for cooking 

A cooking wine will soon be added to the stock at Shalana’s Natural Wines at Lower Estate, St. George.

Renowned as one the oldest of locally made wines, Sales Manager Simone Trotman told The Business Report if there is a local fruit, chances are Shalana’s has bottled it as a wine.

She gave a  breakdown of the flavours already on their wine list.
