The Population and Housing Census will resume tomorrow, with additional security measures in place.
It was suspended in July following the circulation of a video in which a man offered fake census identification cards and shirts for sale.
Officials at the Barbados Statistical Service revealed the individual was not associated with, nor authorised to conduct business on their behalf, and the matter was reported to the police.
In an update, Minister in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Ryan Straughn, revealed the investigation had been concluded.
In appealing to Barbadians to cooperate with the officers from the Barbados Statistical Service, Mr. Straughn says each officer will be wearing picture identification, while police will also be notified beforehand about all areas where officers will be visiting at a given time.
He revealed officers from at least two other departments will also be out in the field.
