Parliament debates Charter of Barbados

Just about a week before the country becomes a Republic, Barbadians have a document which sets out their rights as well as what is expected of all who reside in this country.

That document, the Charter of Barbados, was introduced and keenly debated in the Lower House on Tuesday.
