Region told to deepen cooperation to enhance food security

With 4 out of 10 Caribbean people seen as food insecure, there is a need for the region to deepen levels of cooperation in the area of agriculture.

Speaking during the official opening of the 2022 Agrofest, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley noted Barbados’ relationship with Guyana and the ability to master production, logistics and processing will make the difference.
