Section of road at Six Men’s to be shifted to facilitate tourism development

A section of the road in Six Men’s, St. Peter has been abandoned to free up land in the area, which will be used for further tourism development in the north of the island.

That disclosure from Minister of Housing, Lands, and Maintenance Dwight Sutherland as he led off Debate on a Resolution to vest parcels of state land at Six Men’s, St. Peter to the Barbados Tourism Investment Inc.

He says the project will prove beneficial to the economy.
