Champions BDFSP back in Premier League for 2023

Defending champions Barbados Defence Force Sports Programme will get their season going tonight when they play Abrahams Silver Sands at 7:00 p.m.

A cloud of uncertainty was hanging over the team’s participation after it was announced the programme would be disbanded.

However Sports Coordinator and Club President, Captain Michael Jules confirmed that arrangements are in place for the BDFSP to defend its title.

He says the squad will be made up of full time BDF service men.

The nightcap game will see Deacons up against Ellerton at 9 o’clock.
