Scores of Barbadians have been seeking medical attention in recent weeks for what appears to be some type of flu virus circulating across the country.
People have been reporting having a persistent dry cough that in some cases last three weeks or more.
More severe symptoms have also been reported.
Dr. Hilary Moore, an emergency room physician, was live on today’s edition of CBC NewsNight to shed some light on the matter.
