Government has now completed 90 per cent of the technical assessments on homes damaged by Hurricane Elsa.
Housing Minister, Dr. William Duguid provided the update during a Barbados Labour Party St John branch meeting yesterday.
Out of 2106 damaged home reports, 466 so far will require total rebuilds.
Minister Duguid says to date, 92 homeowners have been provided with materials to begin repairs and he is again encouraging others who can, to take this option.
