Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has responded to critics who have been questioning Barbados’ ability to repay more than 900 million dollars owed to the International Monetary Fund by 2029.
She was speaking last night at an event to launch a collection of speeches and papers belonging to noted Caribbean academic, Sir Alister McIntyre.
The Prime Minister told the audience the critics’ concerns lack context and perspective.
