Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Santia Bradshaw believes the time is right to completely overhaul the Road Traffic Act.
She says the Act along with other pieces of legislation, including the Traffic Authority Act are outdated and do not relate to today’s modern Barbados.
Ms. Bradshaw was at the time leading off debate on the Road Traffic (Amendment) Bill.
