Minister of State with the Responsibility for Crime Prevention Corey Lane has thrown his full support behind the Tyrese Caesar Foundation as the purpose is in line with Government’s crime prevention plans.
He was speaking at the launch of the Foundation in honour of Tyrese Caesar, a young man who was killed in a shooting.
Minister Lane says a lot of what he is taking to Parliament in the next two months is outlined in the Foundation’s objectives.
The Minister says just as the Foundation seeks to bring together communities, everyone must see the fight against crime, especially gun crime as one which needs a unified approach.
