Barbadian national hero, songstress and entrepreneur, the Right Excellent Robyn Rihanna Fenty has made it onto the 2023 Forbes Richest Self-Made Women list.
Rihanna is number 20 on the list, which ranks the USA’s most successful women entrepreneurs, executives, and entertainers.
Forbes estimates the Grammy Award winner’s net worth to be 1.4 billion dollars, which they attribute to her success in music and cosmetics.
According to the publication, Fenty Beauty, which she co-owns with French luxury goods conglomerate LVMH, doubled its revenue in 2022.
Rihanna also has a 30 percent stake in her Savage X Fenty lingerie line, which earned a one billion valuation in February of last year.
Reality star Kim Kardashian followed close behind Rihanna at number 21, with a net worth valued at 1.2 billion.
Diane Hendricks, Chairman of building materials firm ABC Supply, tops the list for the sixth consecutive year with a record high net worth of 15 billion, up from 12.2 billion last year.
Other notable women in entertainment to make Forbes’ Richest Self-Made Women list include Oprah at number 13, Madonna number 45 and Serena Williams, 89.
