“We getting blame for something we ain’t do.”
That was the plea of a coconut vendor in Warrens, St. Michael, as he responded to the announcement that coconut vendors who do not clean up the shells and other debris in a stipulated time, will face having their business shut down.
The vendor who did not give his name, stressed that he has shelled out his own money to have the area of the person who repeatedly leaves the surroundings untidy cleaned.
Noting that he and others have complained about that person several times, he said it is unfortunate that they are all in jeopardy because of his actions.
