A grievance mechanism platform through which Barbadians will be able to log complaints over service delivery is coming soon.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley, revealed Minister Dr. Shantal Munro-Knight has been tasked with getting it up and running.
It will include a call centre and will embrace social media.
The Prime Minister’s comments came during last evening’s Christ Church Speaks at The Foundation School.
Prime Minister Mottley in response to complaints regarding issues in St. Lawrence Gap called on Senior Minister, Dr. Wiliam Duguid and Christ Church South MP, Ralph Thorne to conduct a site visit with the relevant agencies, to develop a plan to address the problems.
She believes the tourist stretch can accommodate another location for vending.
