Questions have been raised about what will happen to students who are attending a school proposed to become a senior academy when the tiered system for education begins.
During the latest consultation meeting on the schools’ transformation initiative, Kirtis Luke of the Barbados Secondary Teachers Union sought to provide some answers.
It was also queried whether or not single-sex secondary schools would remain. Education Consultant Dr. Idamay Denny replied in the affirmative.
