Airport officials are considering bringing the Concorde facility back into use to accommodate an increase in passengers during peak times.
This was revealed by Chief Executive Officer of the Grantley Adams International Airport, Hadley Bourne.
He was speaking to members of the media yesterday, on the airport’s busiest day so far for the winter tourist season.
Mr. Bourne says in addition to the usual commercial passengers, the airport will also be seeing a high number of passengers flying in for cruises.
