Following discussions with the National Organising Committee, over twelve hundred jobs will be made available for The City residents ahead of the upcoming T-20 Cricket World Cup.
That’s according to Minister of State in the Attorney General’s Office with Responsibility for Crime Prevention, Corey Lane, who is also the Member of Parliament for The City.
Additionally, Minister Lane says Pelican Village will also be transformed and be known as the Pelican Fan Zone in an effort to increase foot traffic.
