A treat for art lovers

Art lovers are in for a treat this weekend.

Tomorrow and Sunday Barbadians will be taking self-guided tours of diverse artists’ studios throughout the island.

Through Artist Studio Tours Barbados 2024, forty-four artists in 27 studios will open their galleries to allow the public to view and purchase art pieces.

Artist Michelle Durant who will be opening her studio at Rockley, Christ Church says the aim of the initiative is to get Barbadians interested in art.

Ms. Durant says the event would not have been possible without the support of businesses and Government agencies.
