Judgement has been given in the interim application to have two wards who absconded from the Government Industrial School, housed elsewhere.
Monday, the matter was heard before Justice Barbara Cooke-Alleyne in the High Court.
CBC News understands it was ruled that the Court does not have jurisdiction over the matter.
The application for interim relief was therefore dismissed, which means the girls will have to stay at the institution.
However, it is understood the parties can file for a judicial review or constitutional redress by May 26th this year.
