Give consideration to entrepreneurs

As the Six Roads, St. Philip area continues to develop into a business hub in the east, Democratic Labour Party candidate for St. Philip South, Neil Marshall, believes consideration needs to be given to entrepreneurs as businesses expand.

Marshall revealed that himself along with fellow St. Philip hopefuls Dr. David Estwick and Michael Lashley, have created a comprehensive developmental plan for the area.
