During his presentation in the Lower House as a Resolution on the Barbados Economic Recovery Transformation (BERT) Plan 2022 was debated, Senior Minister and Minister of Energy and Business, Kerrie Symmonds highlighted there is a self-monitoring mechanism built into it.
