Shortage of wheat shouldn’t be a problem

As local bakeries brace for the possibility of a shortage in one of their main ingredients, due to the result of the war in Ukraine, Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Agricultural Society, James Paul, says we need to stop relying solely on imported products and utilize local substitutes.
