The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory identified 328 new COVID-19 cases – 146 males and 182 females – on Thursday, November 4th, and conducted 1,892 tests.
The new positives comprise 99 people who are under the age of 18, and 229 who are 18 years and older.
There were 926 people in isolation facilities and 6,403 in home isolation.
Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of individuals with at least one dose is 149,799 (65.6 per cent of the eligible population). A total of 128,816 people (47.5 per cent of the total population or 56.4 per cent of the eligible population) have received their second doses and are fully vaccinated.
The eligible population represents those who are 12 years and older.
The public health laboratory has carried out 398,272 tests since the beginning of the pandemic and recorded 19,516 confirmed cases (9,416 males and 10,100 females) of COVID-19.
