The Immunisation Unit encourages members of the public to take advantage of the available COVID-19 vaccines at the sites, which will be operating today, Saturday 16 October.
The locations and times are listed below.
Vaccination Centre:
- Building No.2, Harbour Industrial Park, St. Michael – 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Community Engagement Sites:
- National Heroes Square, Bridgetown, St. Michael – 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- G4S Secure Solutions, Brighton, St. Michael – 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- St. Joseph Primary School, Bowling Alley Hill, St. Joseph – 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Mobile/Pop-up Sites – 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:
- Sagicor Headquarters, Collymore Rock, St. Michael
- Manor Lodge Complex, Lodge Hill, St. Michael
The AstraZeneca and Sinopharm vaccines will be available to adults 18 years and older. Students aged 12 to 18 may visit any centre or mobile site to receive the Pfizer vaccine while supplies last.
Persons who wish to receive their first dose are advised to walk with their national identification cards. Those eligible for second doses should also travel with their blue vaccination cards.
