A St. Michael man remains in serious but stable condition at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital following a shooting incident in The City.
According to Police Communications and Public Affairs Officer, Inspector Rodney Inniss he’s a 33-year-old from Field Play, Bayland.
Inniss says the man whose identity was not disclosed was shot around 12:22 a.m. on March 30 at Curwen Avenue, Bayland in the same area.
According to reports, he was among a group of men playing dominoes at a popular liming spot in the area when a suspected dispute occurred resulting in him being shot in the neck.
The injured man was transported to the QEH by private vehicle for treatment.
Police are investigating.
