There has been a changing of the guard in the local automotive industry.
After twenty-six years at the helm at Courtesy Garage Limited, Senior General Manager Nicholas Mackie closed the chapter last Tuesday.
His tenure included navigating the COVID-19 pandemic and celebrating the company’s 100th anniversary.
Among the notable milestones marked under Mackie’s leadership, was the addition of the leading Korean brand, Hyundai, to the company’s portfolio, as well as the inclusion of hybrid and electric vehicles, such as the Nissan Leaf and the e-Power Nissan X-Trail.
A member of the Goddard Group of companies, Courtesy Garage Limited is also the parent company of Federal Motors, Jamaica.
