With the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season approaching, regional grouping, CARICOM has shone the spotlight on climate change and its effect on member states.

In her address at the 27th Meeting of the Council of Foreign and Community Relations, COFCOR in Dominica she told those present hard won progress is being undone.
