CMC – The body of the missing acting deputy commissioner of corrections Reverend Orville Moore, has been found.
Moore was reported missing on Monday, hours after he was seen leaving the home of his relatives in the Corporate Area.
On Thursday afternoon, the police reported that his body was found in the central parish of Manchester beside the wreckage of his motor vehicle.
However, based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.
Moore, who was the Chief Rehabilitation and Probation Aftercare Officer, was recently appointed interim deputy commissioner following changes in the leadership of the Department of Correctional Services.
