1000s of applications received for housing project

All 154 houses being constructed at Vespera Gardens, Lancaster, St. James have owners.

The update on the housing project was provided by Minister of Housing, Lands and Maintenance, Dwight Sutherland during Debate on a Resolution to approve the Barbados Physical Development Plan.

According to him, there were thousands of applicants.

It was further revealed by Minister Sutherland that there’s been an increase in applications approved by the Town Planning Department, since the current administration came to office.
