3 people are homeless after fire destroyed a house in Berbice Road, Fitts Village, St. James.
CBC understands it occurred shortly after midnight, and razed the insured wooden structure owned by 75 year old Reginald Best, who had called it home since 1968.
A motor car was also destroyed and another house owned by Linda Barrack was damaged by the fire.
No injuries were reported.
