At least 20 medical doctors are now administering COVID-19 vaccines in their private offices.
Co-coordinator of the National COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, Dr. Elizabeth Ferdinand made the revelation during a telephone interview with CBC News.
Back in September, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley announced that Government would be extending the opportunity to private doctors to help in the vaccination campaign.
