Attorney General Dale Marshall has been weighing in on the matter of successors for the soon to be retiring Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Police of the Royal Barbados Police Force.

He says the established process for appointments to those posts will be followed and dealt with by the Protective Services Commission.

As such, he’s unable to give a name or date when the new appointees will be announced.

However, Mr. Marshall says the current Commissioner and his Deputy have been asked to stay on due to their skill sets.
