Barbadians need to be resilient in order to push past the difficult point the country is at developmentally because of the situation in the world.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley in a message on the first working day of the year, says she is working with all stakeholders to get things moving.
She says growth was seen last year and if we stay the course we can do so again even though the headwinds are still out there internationally.
Prime Minister Mottley says even though we have partially made it in the face of rising oil prices, we can continue to do so by working together.
