Barbadians will be among thousands who will get the opportunity soon to secure jobs in Saudi Arabia’s futuristic city, NEOM.
NEOM is a 500 billion-dollar mega project which was announced in 2017 by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as part of his Vision 2030 reform programme to diversify the oil-heavy economy and also boost tourism.
Founder and CEO of Trinity Recruitment Services, Judeen Scantlebury, tells CBC News her company has been given the green light to source talent from Barbados and other countries for vacancies.
While recruitment will be conducted around the clock, Ms. Scantlebury is advising potential candidates to ensure their documents are well formatted.
