Barbadians are tonight being encouraged to ask questions of vendors when purchasing produce.
The advice from Acting Chief Agricultural Officer Michael James in light of what seems to be a prevalence of praedial larceny.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Estimates Debate at Parliament, Mr. James said not only farmers are being impacted by the theft of their produce.
He says Barbadians must be cautious when purchasing produce.
