Barbados holds strategic talks with key travel partners

Barbados has held strategic talks with key travel trade partners at the recently held ITB Berlin in a bid to boost European travel ties.

ITB Berlin – the world’s largest tourism trade fair – ran from March 5-7.

Companies represented at the fair included hotels, tourist boards, tour operators, system providers, airlines and car rental companies

Minister of Tourism and International Transport, Ian Gooding-Edghill led Barbados’ delegation.

The Barbados Tourism Marketing Incorporated says the mission at ITB Berlin was to foster and develop strong relations with partners while also inspiring travel to Barbados.

Patrons were also treated to a sample of Barbados from mixologist Jamaal Bowen and chef Trevon Stoute through their culinary and mixology skills.
