Barbados is seen as an excellent hub to serve as a platform for investments in the region’s energy sector.
Regional Director for the Americas for Global Event Partners Alex Moulds, says his company has been helping governments and the private sector come together, to drive the investment and develop energy markets.
Mr. Moulds who is in Barbados for an energy conference says the world’s need for energy is growing and one should not expect oil and gas to disappear immediately.
Regarding solar, he has praised Barbados for its advances and believes it’s well positioned to attract the investments needed.
