Barbados remains the least corrupt country in the Caribbean.
This is according to the just released 2022 Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index Report.
Barbados maintained the 29th position among the 180 nations assessed.
The country secured a score of 65 out of a 100.
Barbados is followed closely by the Bahamas with score of 64 and an overall place of 30.
The 2022 Index put Denmark as the most corruption-free nation with 90 points, followed by Finland and New Zealand, both with 87 points.
Haiti was the lowest ranked Caribbean country with a score of 17 and an overall rank of 171.
